Data Mind Media ("we", "our", or "us") operates Spuro AI ("Spuro"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Spuro, including our integration with the Meta Marketing API and the connected services you link to Spuro Concierge (such as Gmail, Slack, and WhatsApp).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, and business details provided during account setup.
  • Advertising data: ad account IDs, campaign metrics, ad creative content, and performance data accessed through the Meta Marketing API on your behalf.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Platform, including features used and actions taken.
  • Waitlist and early-access signups:when you join the waitlist on spuro.ai we store the email you enter, the optional business name and team-size answer, your browser's user-agent string, the page you signed up from, standard campaign parameters (UTM tags and referrer) if you arrived from a link that carried them, and the time you agreed to this policy. We use this to contact you about access and to understand where signups come from, and for nothing else.

2a. Cookies and Analytics

The marketing site uses privacy-respecting, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and understand which pages matter; it does not build visitor profiles or track you across sites. Signing in to the app sets an authentication cookie that keeps your session alive; it is essential to the Service and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate Spuro's ad management features.
  • Sync and display your Meta ad account data, campaigns, and performance metrics.
  • Generate AI-powered ad copy and creative suggestions.
  • Execute automation rules you configure within Spuro.
  • Improve and maintain Spuro.

4. Meta Platform Data

Our use of data received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell data obtained from Meta. Data from Meta APIs is used solely to provide Spuro's ad management services to you.

5. Connected Services

Spuro Concierge can connect to the accounts you choose to link, including Gmail, Slack, and (where available) WhatsApp. We access these accounts only after you connect them, and we act only on the accounts you connect. We do not touch any other inbox, workspace, or number. You can disconnect any connected service at any time, which revokes our access.

6. Google User Data

Google user data. Spuro Concierge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Gmail data only to provide the Concierge features you enable (triage, labeling, drafting and sending replies). We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, allow humans to read it except with your consent or as required for security or legal reasons, or use it to train generalized AI or ML models. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating Spuro (e.g., hosting, AI services).
  • When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • With your explicit consent.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials, secure API token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Spuro's services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at jerry@datamindmedia.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
