What Spuro stores from Meta

When you connect an account, Spuro stores an encrypted access token, your Meta user ID, the ad accounts and Pages you selected, and the performance data Spuro reads for those accounts, such as spend, impressions and clicks at campaign, ad set and ad level. Spuro also stores creatives you upload and any automation rules you create.

Disconnect Meta at any time

You can remove Spuro's access to your Meta data at any time from Facebook Settings, under Business Integrations. Removing Spuro there revokes our access, and Meta sends Spuro a data deletion request on your behalf.

Requests sent through Facebook

When Meta notifies Spuro that you removed the app or requested deletion, Spuro deletes the stored Meta connection for your Meta user ID. That removes the encrypted access token, the connected ad account mappings, and the automation rules bound to that connection, which stops Spuro from reading any further data from your Meta account.

Meta returns a confirmation code and a status URL with your request. You can open that status URL at any time to see whether the request is pending review, in progress, or completed. Records that are not credentials, such as previously synced metrics and uploaded creatives, are removed during that review rather than immediately, so a pending receipt is not confirmation that every record has been erased.
